We act with honesty and transparency in all financial and operational matters. We are accountable to our donors and the communities we serve.

Respect & Dignity

We treat every farmer, volunteer, and partner with absolute respect, regardless of caste, gender, religion, or economic status.

Inclusivity

We actively work to ensure marginalized voices are heard and included in our decision-making processes.

Non-Violence

We have zero tolerance for violence, harassment, or intimidation of any kind within our organization and fieldwork.

3. For Volunteers & Staff

  • Professionalism: Represent Samudha Foundation with professionalism during all field visits and public interactions.
  • Conflict of Interest: Avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of the Foundation or the farmers we serve.
  • Confidentiality: Protect the privacy and personal data of the farmers and beneficiaries you interact with.
  • Asset Protection: Use the Foundation's resources (funds, equipment, data) solely for authorized purposes.

4. For Partners & Vendors

We expect our suppliers and partners to adhere to similar ethical standards, including fair labor practices, environmental responsibility, and zero tolerance for bribery or corruption.
