Founder & President
A dynamic youth leader and politician associated with the TDP, Dr. Kumar has dedicated his life to public service. With a Ph.D. in Law from Andhra University, he brings a unique blend of legal acumen and grassroots understanding to the foundation.
His vision for Samudha Foundation is rooted in his experiences in the Anakapalli region, where he witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by the agrarian community.
